Communication Mediums
 The primary verbal and written communication language used by
Beximco Pharma for their international supplier and also customers
are in basically English.

 Beximco Pharma uses both English and Bangla language for written
communication medium for their local suppliers and customers and
mostly uses Bangla verbal communication medium
Training and Development
Beximco Pharmaceuticals Limited pursue following three steps for
training and development:
 Analyze employee’s performance.
 Identify his/her strengths and weaknesses.
 Train him/her to overcome weaknesses and maximize strengths,
Training programmers such as on-the-job training as well as
formal training courses (both in-house and at other institutions)
must be arranged to develop personnel of Beximco Pharmaceuticals
Limited.

Training and Development
The usual duration of training is of six months.

• The on-the-job training program is divided into following schedule:

 Specifications and stability protocols.
 Health and Hygiene.
 Calibration and maintenance of equipment.
 Environment Control and safety procedure (like material handling, and storage of
chemicals and regents, firefighting etc.)
