Weakness of Introduction Process

Weakness of Training Process
Weaknesses of BATB HRM ACTIVITIES
The method which is used to perform the introduction process is
sometimes seen to be confusing or complicated because at times
there is miscommunication or lack of understanding of the subjects
of orientation which leads to confusion or complications in the
future for both employers and employees
The training processes can sometimes be conducted by the wrong person
or using the wrong methods which instead of benefiting the employee
sometimes creates demotivation as employees face difficulties in
understanding what they are actually being asked to do and so they may
feel they are being treated poorly by the organization or being ignored
which in return can cause demotivation.
24
Suggestions for Improvement in HRM activities
 BATB can plan more campus recruitments.
 Should focus on qualities which go beyond just on good grades and
high CGPAs
 BATB HR should monitor the performance to confirm whether their
selection process is effective or not.
 Should perform better reference checking
 Try to be on schedule for the tests and interviews and provide more
expert assistance where required
25
 Should overcome the problem of assessors’ unavailability.
 BATB should not be biased towards some particular institutions.
 They should also provide proper and welcoming orientation
programs for all candidates.
 Training to new employees should be friendly and easily
understandable.
