 The product quality and standard is the spinner pipes

 Smooth working condition and atmosphere.
 Conduct day to day meeting between manager and

 Most of employees are ladies.
 The employer-employee relationship in the company is
very good.
 Method used to take raw material (fifo.lifo)

SUGGESTIONS
 The online marketing will help the company to increase sales.
 The company must be spend more money for advertisement and sales
promotion. It will increase the brand awareness and image.
 The appointment of technicians will reduce the servicing difficulties
 Effective computerization will help to improve their working. Especially
Tally and ERP system are very useful in the organisation.
