Delivery & Assessment
• Unit 1 at all levels is core so it can have mixed discipline candidates • There are pre-prepared resources for both tutor and candidate • Assessment is continuous and includes a high degree of self reflection • Formal assessment can be within a course or post course in the work place

Workplace assessment
• Period of time post course for candidate to present for assessment • Assessment can be by an Expert Witness or ASA Assessor • Arrangements are being put in place to create Expert Witnesses in Swim 21 Clubs
