The Center Vishuddhi chakra
• • • • • • • • • • Use the mantra of “Shri Radha Krishna”. Use the affirmation “Shri Mataji, make me the detached witness, please make me part and parcel of the whole”. Give vibrations to the Vishuddhi chakra. Put your index finger in your ears, bend head backwards, look towards the sky and say aloud “Allah hu Akbar” (God is great) 16 times. Massage the Vishuddhi area with ghee. Gargle with salt-water night and morning. Use Tulsi or Ajwan tea, and burn camphor. Burn Ajwan seeds and inhale to clear nasal passages, sinuses, and bronchi. Press your chin to the chest-bone, roll the tongue back, like swallowing it, do not touch the gum, and breathe relaxed and slowly in and out for 1 minute. Brush your teeth twice a day and use dental floss. Clean surface of your tongue. Massage gums with finger using oil and salt. Drops of oil in the ears or throat, or drops of ghee in the nose.

The Left Vishuddhi chakra
• • • • • • • • • • Use the mantra of “Shri Vishnumaya” Use affirmation “Mother, I am not guilty at all” or “Mother, I am worthy being your daughter/son”. Give vibrations to the Vishuddhi chakra Stop feeling guilty. Develop the quality of purity in brother and sister relations. Sing bhajans with your whole heart. Do not be sarcastic or cynical. If you have been using a mantra by a false guru, it has to be neutralized by affirming “ Shri Mataji, you are the source of all the great mantras” or say the mantra of “Sarva Mantra Siddhi”. Do not allow yourself to remain in a bad mood. Do not speak excessively about yourself.

The Right Vishuddhi chakra
• • • • • • • • • Use the mantra of “Shri Yeshoda” or “Shri Vitthala Rukmini”. Use the affirmation “Shri Mataji, please take away all my aggression and dominance, give me a sweet voice, and make me a sweet collective person.” Give vibrations to the right Vishuddhi. Speak less, and if you do, try to avoid to dominate others by your voice. Develop the quality of speaking sweetly to others. Pay less attention to the taste of food. Forgive everyone and dissolve your anger. Don’t argue with people or spend a lot of time convincing people of your point of view. By that you suck in the negativity of the other person. Use candle treatment around the Vishuddhi.

The Hamsa chakra
• • • • • • Use the mantra of “Hamsa Chakra Swamini”. Use the affirmation “Shri Mataji, please give me divine discretion”. Use candle treatment around the Hamsa chakra. A couple of drops of melted ghee or oil in the nose or down the back of the throat. Put Tigerbalm under your nose Try eating food that is not overly dry.
