How members treat their pastor only
reflects their true state of submission
to God-ordained delegated authority.
Every pastor should carefully select
leaders who will surround, protect,
enhance, encourage, energize &
most especially love him.

The success factor of the Church does not
lie solely on the shoulders of the pastors.
The role of good followership is also a key
factor to church growth.
There are so many books and
seminars on Leadership but there
are no seminars on Becoming
Good Followers. Books on Good
Followership is very rare to find.

LET US NOW MOVE FROM BEING

SOME IMPORTANT THINGS.
