Parameters on which B-schools

are rated

A sample of 150 people has been
chosen who has direct link with
b-schools.
◦ Prospective MBA students: 20
◦ Faculty: 20
◦ Alumni: 10
◦ Management Students:100

Sample Size

Out of the various methods of conducting the
survey we choose the following two methods:

◦ Personal Interview- we clearly explained the

detailed questionnaire and got the required form
of answers from the respondent.

◦ Mail survey- As its very cost effective and we

were able to contact people outside our domain.
Also, the respondent can fill the questionnaire at
their disposable.

Data Gathering
Some of the errors which was verified while

analyzing the data are:

◦ Sample Selection Error-This occurs because of

inaccuracy in the design of sample or in the sampling
procedure. This error was verified by selecting only
those people in the sample who are directly linked to b-
schools.

◦ Data Processing Error-This error occurs because of

incorrect data entry during analysis. This error was also
checked.

◦ Interview Error-This error was checked by the

respective interviewer by explaining the questions to the
respondents in detail and by carefully recording the
answers.
