Flexible support solutions tailored to meet specific customer needs

Pack Concept

Packaging

Pack Governance
provided by a Local
TAM II

Every Pack will identify a Required combination of Core fixed scope service (FSS)
components, together with Pack Governance to be sold as a solution
ePACT will not allow these Required FSS to be removed from the Pack quote
Most Packs will have a Recommended combination of FSS to provide maximum
value and are considered as the optimum mix of deliverables needed to ensure the
success of a typical customer
ePACT will include all of these FSS plus Pack Governance included by default
Every Pack will have Optional add-ons to allow tailoring to specific customer needs
Complementary add-on or follow-on deliverables
Complementary Oracle products
Supplemental resources can be added
Enhanced with TAM II to provide Pack Governance
Single point of contact
Assigned for the duration of the engagement
Ensures successful and seamless delivery of the Pack (end-to-end)
Incremental 20% TAM II days on top of the calculated Pack level of effort

Pack Framework

Simple, yet flexible pricing and contracting

Pack Concept
Built using standard Fixed Scope Services
Utilizes approved FSS pricing methodology
Utilizes standard FSS contract model, but adds an executive summary
describing the Pack
Existing FSS exhibit
Existing FSS library content
Additional umbrella description for the Pack is added to the exhibit
Recognized ratably over the contract term
Typically 6 month term, but can be changed to 1 year
5% lower price when purchased as a Pack vs. Stand alone pricing
More efficient delivery due to more precise service delivery kits
Lower Risk due to more precise service delivery kits and narrow focus
Standard Resource/Global Pricing
Global daily rates
Labor Index
Volume and discretionary discount structure
