3.2. Orientation
Position the pool so that it receives unobstructed
sunlight from mid-morning to left afternoon.
3.2. Size
Plan the pool to accommodate the swimming pool and
sun-bathing needs of the guests but no less than about
20, 40 (6 x 12 m and with at least loft (3 m) of deck
spaces on all sides.
3.3. Support functions
Provide toilets, lockers where required, towel issue
area, snack bar or vending, equipment room, and
furniture storage.

Do not provide a diving board, include slip free deck
surface, depth marking, under water lighting, safety or
pool rules, signages.

Include additional pool with view of swimming pool but
slightly separates.

1 toilet for 60 men
1 urinal for 60 men
Rough estimates: 12 sq. ft of pool area = 1 person
Hence: 30 x 75 ft. = 190 persons
