Evaluation of the planning of a program or project


It involves the investigation or assessment of all aspects
directly linked to the process of defining, developing and
establishing the initial viability.
The evaluation is useful at this stage to correct the design and
formulation of the project or program, reorient and estimate the
feasibility of the implementation.
This evaluation answers to the questions relative to the internal
coherence of the design and the viability to execute the
activities foreseen for the generation of results and impacts.

Evaluation of the execution of a program or project


it implies the investigation and valuation on how there are
executed the actions of the program or project, all his
components, tasks, resources, budget, etc..
The objective of this evaluation is it to guarantee the permanent
