technical support for most of the department at district

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF


In MeeSeva :
EDISTRICT
MANAGERS:

Daily updating status of MeeSeva Transactions and Disposals of


applications by Department officials to District Collector and Joint
Collector & Addl. Director ESD (MeeSeva).

Regularly Conducting Review Meetings with Department official on


MeeSeva in presence of Joint Collector & Addl. Director ESD
(MeeSeva).

Regularly Conducting Review Meetings With MeeSeva Kiosk.

Acting as Master Trainer for all Services in MeeSeva and Conducting


trainings for Department officials, Kiosk and other stakeholders.

Activation of New MeeSeva Centers in MeeSeva Portal using Joint


Collector & Addl. Director ESD (MeeSeva) Digital Token.

Responding to the complaints registered at parishkaram call center


(1100) by citizens on MeeSeva.

Activating Digital tokens of all Department officials.

Solving Technical issues of Department officials and Kiosk in


MeeSeva.

Escalating issues in MeeSeva to District Administration.

Find out feasibility to include new services in MeeSeva from different


departments.

Carry-out root-cause analysis for any service level failures.

Monitor and report the number of transactions happening in the


districts under various service categories

Monitor the service levels of the services being provided.

Regular inspection of MeeSeva Centers.

Bringing awareness on MeeSeva Services to District Administration


and Citizens.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF


In MeeSeva :
EDISTRICT
MANAGERS:

Escalate to the Joint Collector & Addl. Director ESD (MeeSeva) or


any officer designated for implementation of the MeeSeva by the
State at district level for cases for which services have been
delayed.

Be the first point of escalations for any failure in the performance


of the service.

Co-ordinate with SI helpdesk for resolution of any technical failure.

Attending Review Meeting conducted by ITE & C Department ,


Director ESD (MeeSeva) .

Other regular MeeSeva activities assigned by ITE & C


Department , Director ESD (MeeSeva) and District Administration
time to time.

Coordinate with State Project Management Unit (SPMU) for project


reporting.

Coordinate with System Integrators (SI) personnel deployed in the


district.

Facilitate acceptance of supply, installation and commissioning of


hardware & peripherals deployed at all the designated offices in district
level

Submission of weekly report to District Joint Collector and Addl Director


ESD (MeeSeva) on progress of eDistrict project or any officer designated
for implementation of the eDistrict Project by the State at district level

Organizing eDistrict review meetings including preparation of agenda,


operational support and help in drafting Minute of Meetings

Facilitate data digitization, networking, site preparation and training /


workshop activities in the district

Regular review of all the services delivered under eDistrict


project and help in resolution of operational issues, if any.

Study the eDistrict project implementation in other districts,

Preparation of risk registers for highlighting the risks to project.

Awareness in the district about the eDistrict project

Facilitate the impact assessment study in the district.

Any other project related activities for eDistrict MMP.

Monitor and report the number of transactions happening in the


districts under various service categories.

Regularly Conducting Review Meetings to Aadhaar PEC Center

Solving and escalating of Technical issues in Aadhaar PEC


centers to Director ESD (MeeSeva).

Responding to the complaints registered at parishkaram call


center (1100) by citizens on Aadhaar PEC.

Creating srdh user ids for all stakeholders.

Training to Thasildars, Revenue inspectors, District Supply

stakeholders, as and when required.

Solving Technical issues of all stakeholders.

Monitor and report the Aadhaar seeding happening in the


districts under various Departments.

Other regular SRDH activities assigned by ITE & C Department


and District Administration time to time.

Gathering employees information for survey.

Randomization of enumerators.

Training to Thasildars, Revenue inspectors, District Supply

stakeholders, on enumerator data entry application and IHHS
Survey data entry application.

Solving Technical issues of all stakeholders in data entry.

Applications for FSC and Pensions application Verification .

Other works assigned by District administration on IHHS 14

Developing

application required by District Administration time to time.

And we eDistrict Managers synchronizing with


all other eGovernance initiative by central and
state government at District Level.

DISTRICT ITE & C RESOURCE TEAM

As day by day many eGovernance initiatives


starting in central and state government. It is
necessary to have a district ITE & C resource
team

at

district

implementation

and

level

to

monitoring

successful
of

all

eGovernance initiatives.

This team may coordinate with all departments


in the district for successful implementation of
eGovernance in each department.

FUTURE ACTION PLANS

Willing to work for ePanchayath Program along with all present


activities.

Work For implementation of e-Governance Programmes in all


Government Departments in Districts using Information &
Communications Technologies (ICT) to transform Electronic
Governance to Good Governance and for transformation of
Telangana state to successful e-enabled(eGovernance) State
in India.

Implementation of Department and District Portals


Developing All departments and districts portals
through ITE&C Department.

Formulation of ICT Action Plan for Departments and Districts with


implementation.

To work on up coming NeGP Mission Mode Projects and other


eGovernance initiatives from State and Central Government.

To find feasibility to implement eGovernance in all government


department services and systems.

FUTURE ACTION PLANS

Developing Websites/Applications to all Government department to


achieve the following goals.

To transform services of Government departments and agencies


from department-centric mode of working to a citizen-centric way

All Government services should be accessible to the common


man on his fingertips to ensure efficiency, transparency and
reliability of such services at affordable costs .

To Provide services in a user-friendly, convenient, transparent


and citizen-centric system for delivery of Government to Citizen
(G2C), Government to Business (G2B) and Government-toGovernment (G2G) services to the stakeholders.

To Design and Development of applications required by District


administration time to time.

CONCLUSION

We eDistrict Managers working very hard for successful


implementation of various eGovernance initiatives (like
eDistrict

MMP,

MeeSeva,

Webland,

SRDH,

ePDS,

Aadhaar Permanent enrollment Centers and other


eGovernance

initiatives

from

central

and

state

government) as per the given roles and responsibilities


in all districts of telangana state and we eDistrict
Managers are ready to extend our support for successful
implementation all other future eGovernance initiatives
by state and central government at District Level.

of all eGovernance initiatives from state and central
Government.
