generally administrative and common to all
organizations.
The main objective of Human Resource Management
is to reduce the manual workload of these
administrative activities.
To improve the productivity and efficiency of the
Human capital of the Organization.

Management ?
Human resource management (HRM) is the
strategic and systematic approach to the
management of an organization's most valued
assets - the people working there. HRM means
employing people, developing their resources,
utilizing, maintaining and compensating their
services in tune with the job and
organizational requirement.

HRM function includes a variety of activities such as:
Deciding what staff needs.
Recruiting and training the best employees.
Managing your approach to employee benefits and
compensation.
Managing employee records and personnel
performance.
Mostly to manage the paperwork around hiring and
paying people.

committing frauds.
This software is so sensitive that it can not
accept single alphabet mistake. So it needs
correct data entry.
CONCLUSION

Though there are some reports of misuse of


HRMS , it is accepted by HR departments of
mostly Organizations.
It is proved that HRMS is FASTER ,
ACCURATE and RELIABLE to maintain the
“HUMAN CAPITAL” of an Organization.
