Show pupils sample pictures of money (notes & coins) like RM 1, RM 2, RM 5, RM 10, RM 50, 10 cent, 20 cent, 50 cent to pupils to identify.

Combine notes and coins, ask the pupils to find out the total amount in various combination of money.

Test the pupils with real life situation to buy things from a shop Example: Lets say the pupil has given RM 5.00 to buy a pencil and a note book. The price of the pencil is RM 2.00 & note book is RM 3.50 **Pupil face a problem because the money he has is not enough.

Few type of pencils cost, RM 1.00, RM 1.50 & RM 2.00  Now pupil has to analyses which pencil he can buy with the money that he has. * Pupil only can buy pencil RM 1.00 or RM 1.50

If he buy things less then RM 5.00 he also can buy other things with balance money. * Let¶s pupil buy note book that cost RM 3.50 and pencil that cost RM 1.00, he has balance RM 0.50. With this money he can buy other things.
