PHYSIOTHERAPY
Physiotherapy brings best results if combined
with an active approach. After mobilizing joints
or the spine by manual therapy or loosening
tender muscles by trigger point therapy, the
muscles need to be trained to actively stabilize
these joints.

What is Aktiv Balance?
Aktiv Balance is a specially-designed program at
AktivOrtho which addresses the issues of falls in the
elderly and treats balance-related abnormalities. We
have a team of well-trained physiotherapists who, with

diagnosis, management and rehabilitation to prevent

Eight Rules of metabolic balance
• Eat only three meals a day.
• Ensure there is a five hour break
between meals.
• Make sure each meals lasts no
longer than 60 minutes.
• Begin every meal with one or two
bites of the protein portion.
• Be sure to have only kind of
protein at each meal.
• Do not eat anything after 9:00
pm.
• Drink lots of water.
• Eat your fruit portion (including an
apple every day) at the end of
your meals.
