Executive Summary
This case was prepared by Professor Anita Elberse & Tom
Dye to elaborate managerial skills and capabilities with
analysis of Sir Alex Fergusons experience while managing
Manchester united.
The case depicts the analytical vision he had for the game
as player and the footballs most successful manager.
It co-relates the different approaches used by Ferguson
regarding different Leadership Models
In this case, Author discussed about application of
Fergusons formula for managing a game, a season and a
club.
It provides a deep insight about emulating Fergusons
managerial traits of handling challenges in corporate
situations.
