BHARTI - AXA
Bharti AXA Life is a life insurance that was
started in 2006.
Bharti Enterprises - one of India's leading
business groups.
Partnered with worlds biggest company
( Wal Mart).
It brings together strong financial expertise
of the Paris-headquartered AXA Group.
The joint venture has a 74% stake from
Bharti and 26% stake from AXA Asia Pacific
Holdings Ltd.

OBJECTIVE
To gain knowledge about Insurance
industry.
To understand the process of association
of an agent.
To identify target people who can work as
an agent for Bharti Axa Life Insurance.
To understand demographic profile of
agents.

Training of 3 days.

Trainer (senior sales manager).
Materials provided (Templates, Brochure ,IRDA rule
books.
Location (Hajratganj ,halwasiya building 2nd floor.
Duration 10:am to 4pm

Finding
I found many people who were ready
to work but not having complete
document.
Not proper recog.nition of company.
Trust is the biggest problem for pvt
companies like Bharti Axa.
People were reluctant to attend long
training program.
