Sales Process
BDE contacts customer and explains Plan details
BDE books the order and collect Plan amount
CAF will be filled with Plan / Amount / FUP / tenure details
BDE asks for reference
BDE submits CAF to Sales desk
Sales Coordinator captures customer details in excel.
Sales coordinator sends login details to Finance team customer name
/ contact number / email ID / installation address / billing address/
plan chosen/ amount collected / and BDE details who booked
connection.

RF Process
RF technician identifies the OLT on which connection to be activated.
RF technician lay fiber cable (OFC) to customer premises from nearest OLT.
RF technician terminates OFC in Fiber Termination Box (FTB) at customer premises.
RF technician connects Fiber patch card from FTB.
RF technician check testing ONU at customer place.
RF team checks Optical Power Level in the fiber Patch card.
Once optical power level is confirmed , RF technician updates the completion of cabling to
RF Desk.
RF Desk will send RF confirmation to CS team through excel.

CS Process
On FC confirmation received, FS Cord Registers customer in MQ
FS Cord create username and adds plan in MQ
On RF confirmation received, FS cord fix appointment and sends customer details to FS engineer.
FS engineer visits customer.
FS engineer checks physical cabling and connects ONU and Router to fiber patch card.
FS engineer contacts FS cord and provides ONU/ Router serial number.
FS cord activates connection in MQ and OLT. Confirms back to FS engineer on successful
activation.
FS engineer configure PPPOE in router and secures wifi with password(User password)
FS engineer shows connectivity and speed to customer. Educates basic check points to be done
on connectivity issue, speed issue.
FS engineer documents ONU/Router serial number / customer ID / Installation address/ Plan
details / customer care number in Installation Report(IR).
FS engineer takes signature of IR and submits a copy to customer.
