School Indonesia Japan – Compulsory Education (Basic Education): → Primary Education/Elementary Education (6 years) → Junior Secondary Education (3 years) • Compulsory Education: → Primary Education/Elementary Education (6 years) → Lower Secondary Education (3 years) – Senior Secondary Education (3 years) • Upper Secondary Education (3 years) Total: 12 years before entering university – Total: 12 years before entering university • Higher Education (4 years) – Higher Education (4 years) Trivia: Acceleration Class (Total: 9-11 years before entering university) .

Break 1: around 20 minutes Lunch Break: around an hour including cleaning time . • Lower and Upper Secondary Education: Around 30 periods (50 min/period) Trivia: School starts around 8:00-8:30 AM. School ends around 10:30 AM-1 PM. – Junior Secondary Education: 32 periods (40 min/period) – Senior Secondary Education: 39 period (45 min/period) Trivia: School starts around 6:30-7:30 AM. School ends around 3:30 PM. Break time: 15-30 minutes.Daily Activities Indonesia Weekly Period: – Elementary Education: 26-28 periods and 32 periods (35 min/period).
