Introduction
Indiahas the third-highest number
ofobeseand overweight people (11 % of
adolescents, and 20 % of all adults)
But according to a study at TSMG(Tata
Strategic Management Group) health and
wellness foods market in India is
potentially rising at a compounded
annual growth rate of 23%.
The Indian market is young the median
age is 25 years health conscious. It
seeks an easy route to health rather
than a lifestyle change. Eating healthier
food is one such route.

Customer Segments
Our objective through this idea is to tap
this young population who prefers eating
tasty and healthy food and experiment
with new varieties of food items available.
Thus, our target market is people going to
multiplexes particularly in the age group
18-35.
At present there are 2050 multiplex
screens which are increasing every year
and there are 4 billion footfalls every year
in multiplexes.
Other customer segment is large caterers.

Value Proposition
We are offering a product which
is providing Value for Money;
cheaper alternative to junk food.
We are providing a snack which
is tastier.
Through use of air fryers, we are
providing a healthier snack.

Channels
The main selling channels are Kiosks.
Taking up sub-contracting projects
through larger caterers.
Targeting colleges during fests and
events.
The most cost efficient channel is
subcontracting and the highest revenue
generating channel is subcontracting

Customer Relationship
Customers expects us to deliver the
product as we promised- a tastier ,
healthier and quality snack, hence a
trustworthy relationship is expected.
Customers expect us to deliver the
product as quickly as possible so that
their waiting time could be reduced.
Writing the name of the customer on
holder in which they are served.
Staying in constant touch with
contractors, sending Diwali/festival
greetings.
