PROCESS
The waste is dumped in tipping area and undergoes
segregation process. The waste is taken to pre-feeder by using
grab bucket (recommended) or loader. From there it is sent to
Feeder and to sharp pin roller conveyer. From there to bagopener. It is then taken to tromel by feeder conveyer. Now the
conveyer dumps the waste into Tromel. The Tromel then
separates the waste to + and -. + mostly is nonbiodegradable and -is mostly biodegradable. This is the
normal procedure. What I will do is attach small Air-classifier
machinery. This system separates the non-biodegradable waste
into 3 different things. So now you have total 4 types of waste
(DEBRIS, PLASTIC, and R.D.F. MATERIAL AND BIODERABLE).
With biodegradable waste you can make bio-gas and sell, or
can make Electricity profitable rate (recommended) and the
slurry (manure) from made Bio-Compost (to sell).

Debris is sent to landfill. From Plastic you can do many things

like making industrial oil (recommended), granules, lumps or
you can sell it directly to buyers. RDF material (nonbiodegradable) undergoes through hammer cutter and air
classifier and become pure RDF. It is then shredded and dried
to make fluff or briquettes( recommended) since it has more
calorific value so we get more money, which is then used for
furnace, or making electricity.
