10 Practical tips
1) Small, frequent and interactive feeding. Never ever force
feed.
2) Parents are the role models.
3) Dump the formula milk.
4) No more bottles.
5) No to baby junkfoods. Know the danger of instant foods.

7) Grill, steam, saute instead of frying.
