Body language: Posture • Sit upright with back straight and legs crossed at ankle level or both feet placed flat on the floor. • Do not slouch but relax a bit to avoid looking rigid and authoritative. • Lean slightly forward to show interest • Avoid shaking legs as it conveys restlessness 6 .
