Which option is better?
Some people prefer the freedom of renting and changing location, while others might want
the security of owning house.

relocation and financing options rent might be a better option, because if you rent instead of
taking a mortgage (real estate loan) the installments will be higher than the rent and you can
use the savings to invest it and gain more than what you might if you take a mortgage.

Everyone wants to build a home according to their dreams, but others belief to save the
time and effort and buy an already built one.
