● The city of Yale was first founded in 1889, Yale has a population of about 2,000 people.

● This summer the town of Yale was on a show known as Small Town Big Deal for the Bologna

● The town of Yale has a hotel, restaurants, bakeries, a hair salon, hardware store, fire/ police
department, gas stations, newspaper printer, and many more things that make the town of
Yale very exciting.

-Lansing is the state capital

-Detroit MI is known as the car capital of the world

-In 1817 the University of Michigan was the first university established by any of the states.
Originally named Cathelepistemian and located in Detroit the name was changed in 1821. The
university moved to Ann Arbor in 1841.

-Rogers City boasts the world's largest limestone quarry .

Michigan is in the Midwest division.

Other states include, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Missouri, Iowa,
Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas.

The first 5 states are also known as the Great Lakes region.

The Major Lakes in this region include, Lake Huron, Lake Michigan, Lake
Erie, Lake Superior, Lake Ontario.

Our country is the United States Of America. Originally founded with the
13 colonies 1776. (Current States on the East Coast.)

There are 50 states. The country is divided into different regions.

Many of the northern states border Canada, the southern states border

-The North American continent consists of: Canada, Mexico, and The U.S.

-Canada has 13 Provinces

-The U.S. has 50 States

-Mexico has 31 States

-The U.S. Borders Canada to the south

-Mexico borders the U.S. to the south

-To the south of Mexico there is South America

Earth it’s the only planet that has an atmosphere containing 21% oxygen

The only planet in the solar system that has life,because life on other
planets hasn't been discovered yet.

The Milky Way

The sun is one of the stars in the Milky Way it orbits the galaxy’s core
every 255 million years.

The center of the Milky Way is full of mostly old stars. Its spiral arms
contain more newborn stars.

The oldest star in the Milky Way is at least 13.6 billion years old and most
likely formed shortly after the Big Bang.

In sanskrit the Milky Way is called Akash.
