ORGANIZATION
As people become more independent, it is important they understand how to organize
and prioritize. This may help lead to success.

Get supplies that you need Ex: Writing utensils, paper, folders/binders, white out,
tabs, etc.
Buy a planner or agenda Write down things you will forget. This will help keep
track of when things are due or up coming tests/assessments.
Organize your laptop Create folders for each class. This helps with organizing
documents.
Have a consistent schedule Try to keep a daily or weekly schedule. This will help
you be productive.
Set your own deadlines Try to start assignments as soon as you get them.
Sleep/Eat enough Make sure you make time for yourself.
STRESS
What is stress?
Stress is your bodys method of reacting to a
change or feeling. Most of us always feel
stressed to the point that feeling stressed is
normal , but its not. When stress becomes
overwhelming it can lead to mental health
problem but when stress is within your
comfort zone, it can help you stay focused
and alert. Too much stress is not healthy for
the body. It is important to be aware of
