to find out various reasons behind the failure of HMT watch as well as solutions

INTRODUCTION
Hmt watch the subsidiary of Hmt limited incorporated in 1953 by the govt. of India. Started manufacturing watchs from 1963 as the diversification strategy under Technical collaboration with CITIZEN Watch Company of Japan with a manufacturing unit at Bangalore.
