• The official title of the president is “ The President of the Philippines” while the honorific title of the president is “Your Excellency” . • No person who has served as such for more than 4 years shall be qualified for election to the same office at any time. The President is not legible for any re-election unlike the Vice President where she / he can run for another term.• The President and the Vice President shall be elected by direct vote of the people for a term of six years.
