SUMMARY
This novel tells of a novelist who told his story to his grandson.
The story is about a most beautiful woman in florin named Buttercup.
And a farm boy working with a Buttercup family Westley. When the
Buttercup asks for help to Westley, he always answers AS YOU WISH.
Over time Buttercup realize the word AS YOU WISH is I LOVE YOU.
Then both loved each other, but then Westley decided to sail to america
and leave the Buttercup in florin for a while. But Westley did not return
until the Buttercup finally got the news that the Westley ship was
hijacked and he died. Buttercup is very disappointed and sad. Until then
She was proposed by the prince of florin. Buttercup is still waiting for
Westley but he never returns and finally She accept a prince proposal
even though Buttercup does not love the prince. At the time of his
Buttercup marriage was kidnapped by inigo, vizzine, fezzik. They kidnap
the Buttercup because they want to rebel against the arrogant prince.
When the Buttercup was kidnapped and taken away came a mysterious
man who used a black mask to help Buttercup and the man was Westley

her ears, she was sick of combining her hair and did so as little as

BEST PART OF STORY
When Westley try to safe Buttercup in Buttercup and
Humperdincks wedding. Inigo Montoya and Fezzik help Westley
to come into Humperdincks kingdom to kill Count Rugen who
people kill Inigo Montoyas father. That moment is very funny.
After Inigo Montoya met Count Rugen and try to kill Count
Rugen. He always introduce himself before kill Count Rugen. He
said, Hello. My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father,
prepare to die. and he trow knife to count Rugen but cant touch
Count Rugen. He always says that many times. Just because
youre a killer doesnt mean you cant be polite!
MORAL MASSAGE
1) No matter how insane a
problem may seem there is a
way to handle it.
2) Be honest about your feelings.
3) Death cant stop true love. It
only delay it for a while.

This novel use first and third person. Because the


narrator use first person I and when narrator retail
the story he use third person She or He.
