lifecycle management, query usage information, and support DaaS operation. Huawei also provides the operation self-service
Demo system. Customers can change logos and icons as required.
Note: Huawei can provide the source code of the desktop operation self-service Demo system. Carriers can
integrate the operation self-service system with the BOSS system based on service requirements.

The investment in a desktop VM (excluding TCs) is CNY3000.
Based on Microsoft SPLA requirements, the SPLA fee of each Windows desktop VM is about CNY50 per month.
Revenue (excluding revenue of value-added services)
The rent of each desktop VM is CNY250 per month.
The monthly revenue of a VM is CNY200. Investment can be recovered in one year (3000/200 = 15 months).
