Commence Date
• Your employment will commence
on June 10, 2018 and this is a
probationary employment contract
for a period of 3 years and ending
on April 9, 2021.
Employment Status
• This probationary employment is for a period of three
(3) consecutive school years and shall be renewed
every school year of very satisfactory service before the
beginning of the next academic year unless we notify
you in writing on or before the latter date that your
services will be continued or terminated.
• Your teaching performance will be evaluated after each
academic year to determine if you are meeting the
teaching performance standards and education
requirements set by the CDSGA as well as the Manual
of Regulations for Private Schools and 2010 Revised
Manual of Regulations for Private Schools in Basic
Education.
Renumeration
• Base Salary
• Benefits:
• You shall also be entitled to the benefits and
privileges given to employees of your classification
under company policies and Philippine labor laws.
Applicable withholding taxes, SSS, PhilHealth, and
Pag-ibig premiums and similar government
mandated deductions shall be made on your
payroll.
• You shall be entitled to the mandatory 13th month
salary pay or proportionate sum thereof depending
on the actual months worked during the year
Hours of Work
• You shall render a minimum of 8 hours
(6 hours teaching plus 2 hours
preparation) of work per day and report
for work at least 5 days per week.
• If you work on public/non-working
holiday, or on your normal weekly day-
off, you will be entitled to take a day off
in lieu as per company policy and
procedure.
Place of Work
• You will be required to perform your duties
at our company located in the City of San
Jose Del Monte (CSJDM) Bulacan,
Philippines, or elsewhere as reasonably
directed by the employer as may be required
by the exigencies of the school operation,
the organizational requirements of the
company and the responsibilities of
Employee’s position.

Responsibilities
• You are obliged to perform your duties
faithfully, independently, industriously to help
meet the goals and objectives of the school
and are expected to carry out these
responsibilities to the best of your knowledge
and abilities in order to protect and advance
the interests of the Company, its principals, its
clients, and its employees.
• Fulfill the responsibility of attending the
regular Friday flag-raising ceremony as a basis
for Punctuality Rating.
Duties and
Responsibilities

Treat all learners with respect and fairness.
• Treat all learners equally regardless of age, gender, race,
ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, or sexual
orientation.
• Advocate the Gabrielian identities such as: Punctuality,
Industrious, Good Character, Good Listener, Helpful,
Grateful/Thankful, Humble with Integrity, and Honest.
• Maintains the necessary level of technical expertise in
the performance of your job, which may necessitate you
to attend Courses and Certification Programs, locally or
internationally to continuously comply with the
standards prescribed by the Department of Education
and Commission on Higher Education.
Duties and
Responsibilities
• You will refrain from using PROFANE/VULGAR
LANGUAGE/IMMORALITY on campus under
any circumstances;
• Shall agree to read the Employee Handbook
and abide by the established standards,
policies and procedures of the company.
• Encourage students to acquire more
knowledge about food safety, nutrition,
balanced diet, personal health and ways of
reducing waste and minimizing wastage.

Responsibilities
• Encourage students to patronize the school
canteen and remind them to avoid illegal
food hawkers (street food vendors) operate
outside the school to avoid food poisoning.
• Adhere the Gabrielian Slogan ONE MIND,
ONE HEART and ONE SCHOOL.
• Adheres to the "NO COLLECTION" POLICY.
Confidentiality and Non-Competition
• During and after employment with the company,
you shall at all times practice good discretion, ask
permission and seek prior approval from the
company in the use or disclosure of any company
documents – technical or business information, or
any information which one might reasonably expect
the company to regard as confidential, whether
transmitted or acquired from the Company’s
customers, suppliers, trade secrets, client details
and pricing structures or other persons – to any
person, company or entity.
Social Media Policy
• The College has no direct control over the
information employees choose to disclose on
social networking sites. However, employees
must bear in mind the need to protect the
reputation of the school, their own privacy,
the privacy of colleagues and students and
the confidentiality of school
information/data in any communications or
statements they make available to members
of the general public, which includes family
and friends outside of the College
Social Media Policy
• Employees should be aware that the company
may observe content and information made
available by employees through social media.
• Employees should use their best judgment in
posting material that is neither inappropriate
nor harmful to the company, its employees,
students or guest.
• To protect the privacy, confidentiality, and
security of the students and guests, sharing
and tagging either photos or news article
about the students and visitors in social media
is strictly prohibited.
Social Media Policy
• Employees are prohibited to publish post or release any
information that is considered confidential or not public. If
there are questions about what is considered confidential,
employees should check with the Human Resources
Management Office and/or Office of the President.
• Social media networks, blogs and other types of online
content sometimes generate press and media attention or
legal questions. Employees should refer these inquiries to
authorized company spokespersons.
• If employees find encounter a situation while using social
media that threatens to become antagonistic, employees
should disengage from the dialogue in a polite manner
and seek the advice of the Human Resources
Management Office and/or Office of the President.
Social Media Policy
• If employees publish content after-hours that
involves work or subjects associated with the
employer, a disclaimer should be used, such
as this: “The postings on this site are my own
and may not represent Company’s positions,
strategies or opinions.”
NO Gossiping
In order to have a more professional, gossip free
workplace we will:
• Not speak or insinuate another person’s name
when that person is not present unless it is to
compliment or reference regarding work matters.
• Refuse to participate when another mentions a
person who is not present in a negative light. I will
change the subject or tell them I have agreed not to
talk about another.
• Choose not to respond to negative email or use
email to pass on private or derogatory information
about any person in the agency.
NO Gossiping
• While off the job, speak to another co-worker
about people at work in a derogatory light. If I have
feelings, I will select to talk to someone not at the
workplace.
• If another person in the department does
something unethical, incorrect, against procedures,
or disruptive I will use the proper channels to
report this to the person in authority to take
corrective action.
• I will mind my own business, do good work, be a
professional adult and expect the same from others
Consensual Relationship
• The relationship between teacher and student is the
foundation of the academic mission of the College.
This relationship vests considerable trust in the
teacher, who, in turn, bears the responsibility to serve
as mentor, educator, and evaluator.
• Faculty Members/Teachers are accountable for
behaving in a manner that reflects the highest levels
of professional responsibility, recognizes the dignity
and worth of each person at the College, and protects
the integrity of the student-teacher relationship.
• Teacher-student relationships carry risks of conflict of
interest, breach of trust, abuse of power, and breach
of professional ethics.
Termination and Resignation
• Termination of your employment contract is subject
to thirty (30) days written notice by both parties.
Undertaking
• The existing company policies, practices, rules,
regulations and code of conduct and discipline of
which you are duly informed and oriented into and
the future policies that the company may issue
from time to time shall govern this agreement
further.
• Moreover, you acknowledge the right of the
company and its management to promulgate and
implement changes in company practices, rules and
regulations including those on employee conduct
and discipline.
