in rating comes because of two reasons-personal

huge contracts and in turn make huge profits which
not even the existing company in which they where
working for could create for themselves.

turn created a good customer goodwill for them in the
market this was only possible as they all where highly
motivated as they were demoralized working for the
company they were actually working for.

In this movie friendship was the key factor which lead


to their motivation the amount of trust worthiness
they had amongst themselves helped them to grow
