That is established with respect to stone as coarse aggregate . During proportion of these materials we follow ACI mix design method & BS method usually. The main advantage of concrete is high compressive strength . Which is consisted by proportion of filling materials & binding materials with help of water . In this study.  INTRODUCTION  Concrete is man made stone .Which has no guide. due to some reasons brick is mostly used as coarse aggregate . . But in this subcontinent. trial mix has adopted. So we want to propose mix design method with respect to brick aggregate.

having all the parameters of investigations and properties involved like ACI mix design.  OBJECTIVES  The main objectives of this study is to develop the mix design of brick aggregate concrete. .

 MATERIALS & METHODOLOGY  Selection of materials  Identification of materials properties  Preparation of specimen  Curing of specimen  Crushing of specimen .

MATERIALS AND METHODOLOGY Selection of Materials • Coarse aggregate( 25mm.19mm and 12.5mm down grade Aggregates Brick aggregate) • Fine aggregate ( Fine sand and Coarse sand ) Binder materials • Cement (OPC) Water • Normal water .

 Compressive strength of concrete be maximum for fine aggregate (FM 2.5:3 is used.65) at 0.5:3 is used. when coarse aggregate 25 mm downgraded and mix ratio 1:1.40 and 0.40 and 0.  Table: 05 is proposed for mix design of brick aggregate. CONCLUSIONS  From the test results and analysis the following conclusion can be drawn:  Compressive strength of concrete be maximum for fine aggregate (FM 1.41) at 0.45 w/c ratio.  Table 06 & Table 07 is proposed for mix design of brick aggregate .45 w/c ratio. when coarse aggregate 19mm downgraded and mix ratio 1:1.
