› It is a 4/4/4 site with 4 radios in each sector.
› 1 will be used for BCCH
› 3 will be used for TCH
› Now concentrate on the sector A.
› pirst assign in BCCH frequency in the range of 107 to 124.
› Press ´Cµ and go to frequency 107 i.e. BCCH starting frequency.
› Yed = Current frequency
› Green = one frequency after the current (Yed) frequency
› Blue = one frequency before the current (Yed) frequency
› Now assign frequencies such that the co-
co-channel
interference and adjacent channel interference
are as minimum as possible.
› Avoid giving same frequency to neighbor
sectors and cells for minimizing co-
co-channel
interference.
› §uppose the sector A in green circle is to be assigned with a BCCH frequency then avoid the same
frequency in Yed circled sector but never assign the same frequency to sectors with crosses.
› por sector A frequency 113 is chosen.
› prequency 119 is assigned to sector B.
› Úo the same for §ector C and for TCH
channels.
› Press ´Nµ for next and ´Pµ for previous
frequency.
› Úo not assign the alternate frequencies to
sectors of a same site.
› After Assigning Proper AYpCNs see the B§IC and H§N.
› Yight click on map and go to layer control and check all the
Auto Label Options.
› Click the label option and select label with B§IC or H§N
› B§IC range = 48 to 64
› H§N range = 0 to 63

› Write all the frequency plan to xls file in cell

plan 4 sent folder.

› In ÚC§ we don·t have to assign BCCH.
› The frequency range of ÚC§ is from 630 to 660.
