INTRODUCTION

"Merchant Exporter" means a person engaged in trading activity and exporting or intending to
export goods. Merchant exporter procures the material from a manufacturer and exports in his
firm’s name.
 Here merchant exporter procures the order from international market. Merchant exporter does
not have own manufacturing unit or processing factory.
HAZEL as a small enterprise involved in import and export of goods/products to various
places established in 2003 with a great motive t deliver the best products into the market and
to make everyone as a satisfied customer.
HAZEL being an enterprise not only involved in export and imports but also involved in
domestic goods of supply.

HAZEL ENTERPRISES is a merchant exporting enterprise involved in exporting and


importing of products,
it is basically an enterprise which exports the household kitchen products and other
household products.
The supply of products is based on season, occasion, taste of customer, requirement of
market and customers, and even based on market demand and competition.
We basically order goods according to client requirement and produce the product by a
manufacturing company,

transportation hours also.
Since we have in small number of workers we are planning to increase the incentives to
them.
We are planning to have the online ordering facilities to direct customers and even to the
stores.
We are even focusing on different types of oils, some kitchen groceries.

WEAKNESS

 Since we have to get material from other states sometimes we cannot able to get the
products which we supposed to get.
 Since the world is going back of internet facilities, we are still not into the online
marketing systems because of which many cant aware of our product.
 We don’t have any appraisal systems for our staff / workers.
 After delivering our products to the different stores the payment which we need to get
delayed for over a period of 30-45 days, which even sometimes leads to cheating by the
Stores and chances are there that we may run into losses also.

 Present we are good in giving best quality products we can have branches by trusted
people
In various places so that this will create an opportunity to expand our business
We can use up the latest technology in approaching to the end customer also.
 Since our business is expanding we can even go for other products in capturing the

Since Surat is known for textile industry this becomes a big and hard task for us to
find customers easily.
