Exponential Equation
 An equation in which the variable is
located in the exponent. It is also an
equation which involves exponential
expressions.

Examples:
72x-5 = 343 25x+3 = 125x-1

## 256 = 362x-1 45x+3 = 2162x-3

Annyeong Millennial nowadays are K-POP lovers. Even their facebook timeline are bombarded
Hasaeyo of different posts about Korean actors & actresses, movies and even concert of their
idols. To remind you on the things you had learned, sing one of your favorite song with
the lyrics about the steps in solving exponential equation.
Solve for unknown
In solving exponential equation,
determine if the numbers can be written
using the same base.
If so, I will go to Step 2.
If not, I must stop and use steps
for solving with different bases.

## The second step is to rewrite the problem

using the same base.
To simplify the exponents, I must
use the applicable laws of exponents.
Once the bases are the same,
I will drop the bases and set the exponents equal to each
other. By applying one -to- one property .

## Lastly, finish solving the equation by isolating the variable

to solve for the unknown.
