Policies are important because they help a school
establish rules and procedures and create standards
of quality for learning and safety, as well as
expectations and accountability.
Rationale :
DO 40 S. 2012
-is a policy that gives special
protection to children who are gravely
threatened or endangered by
circumstances which affect their
normal development and which they
have no control and to assist the
other agencies in their rehabilitation
( DO 40. S 2012, page 3.)

PREVENTION AND INTERVENTION
INTERVENTION
1. Students/ teachers/parents report in writing the bullying case to the
guidance Associate, Principal or Child Protection Committee member

2. Reported case will be investigated.

3. Parents of the respondent and the victims will be notified through Parent
Call slip or in case of emergency mobile call.

4. The counselor prepares the Intake Sheet.

5. Parents and students will be reoriented on the CPP and Anti Bullying Act.

6. Counseling with consent on both parties are advised.

7. Santions/ Consequence to school manual will be given.


8. Restorative Meeting will be scheduled for the victim and the respondent to
under stand the behavior.
9. Restorative Agreement will be signed by both parties.

10. Monitoring and follow up with the teacher or parent if behavior


intervention was successful or whether to decide further actions
