• Please refer to the accompanying XLS spreadsheet with the list of

keywords for each page. Each slide listed on this document has a
matching tab in the XLS spreadsheet.
• Please make sure that each single word of the keyword phrases
is mentioned somewhere in the content at least once. This
includes typos.
• More important single words of keyword phrases (i.e. with higher
search volume) should be mentioned more often. The upper limit
is in the next bullet point.
GENERAL WRITING GUIDELINES

• Please do not exceed 2-3% single word keyword density for any
of the single words of keyword phrases. Please use this website
to check the keyword density.

Example: For a 1000 word article, the word “<keyword>” should not
be mentioned more than 20-30 times.

have all headings be keyword rich.
