Pathophysiology
Hernia develops when intra-abdominal growth pressure as the
pressure when lifting something heavy, during bowel movement or
coughing strong or sneezing and transfer of part of the intestine to
the abdominal muscles, excessive pressure on the area abdominal it
certainly would cause a weakness probably due to the abdominal
wall is thin or not sufficiently strong in those areas where it exists
since the condition or occur from long development process,
abdominal surgery, then there was a hernia.
Clinical Manifestations

• a lump.
• Their pain at the bump area .
• There are symptoms of nausea and vomiting
or distension if there are complications.
• There are complaints such as dysuria urinate
on femoral hernia containing bladder.
Complications
• Adhesions occur between the contents of the
hernia with the contents of the hernia sac so that
the contents of the hernia sac cannot be restored,
this condition is called the ireponibilis lateral
inguinal hernia.
• There is an emphasis on the ring hernia due to the
large number of intestines that enter. This condition
causes disruption of intestinal contents followed by
vascular disorders (strangulation process).
