BIOGAS PLANTS FOR SOLVING

WASTE DISPOSAL ISSUE.

URJA BIO SYSTEM PVT LTD, PUNE

Objective of the Project
Setting up 10 Cum/Day Pre-Fabricated Biogas Plants for societies :-

To promote waste disposal at source to reduce the Burdon on land fill site
and cost of waste transportation from source to disposal site
use of non-conventional energy in terms of fuel Biogas for
cooking purposes / electricity .
Best waste conversion unit and can produce manure as well
To reduce emission of Green House Gases responsible for global
warming
To improve sanitation and overall health of residents
Net Saving of Rs. 35000 on waste transportation per year ( Rs.1000 / MT )
32 ton reduction in CO2 emission per year
can set up good example for others
3500 units power can be generated per year
Project Features of 10 cum Prefab. Floating dome digester

• Prefabricated easy to install in one hr, avoid the costs & troubles of
construction or fabrication
Gas outlet
• Fabricated in HDPE, does not rust or leak, mfg by MS
Sintex group & approved by MNRE Gas Holder Frames

• 10 cum/day of biogas can take care of

• 100 kg/day Food waste.
• Each plant will generate 10 m3 biogas which is
equivalent to 5 kg LPG or 10 Units ofOutlet
power. Feed
Chamber
• Each user will get excellent organic manure
• which will improve the soil and also good
• amount of Green power.
