Microsoft PowerPoint-is a complete
presentation graphics program that allows
you to create professional presentations.
A PowerPoint presentation is also known
slide show. PowerPoint gives you
flexibility to make and using a projection
device attached to a personal computer
and using overhead transparencies.
TITLE BAR

Title Bar-Its shows the name


of the displayed document.
FILE TAB BUTTON

File Tab button-Displays a menu of


the file commands, such as New
and Open
QUICK ACCESS TOOLBAR

Quick Access Toolbar-Displays quick


access buttons to the save, undo and
redo commands.
RIBBON

Ribbon-Displays group of
related commands in tabs.
PROGRAM WINDOW CONTROL

Program Window Controls-These buttons


are used to minimize the program
window, restore and window to full size,
or close the window
SLIDE PANE

Slide Pane
-displays a large
view of the current
slide on the right
side of the window.
SPLITTER BAR

Splitter Bar-It is used to adjust


the width of the slide pane.
NOTES PANE

Notes Pane-is the space where in


you can type notes about the slide
you are working on.
STATUS BAR

Status Bar-Its consist of


message area. The message
area displays the current slide
number and the total number
of slides in the slide show
VIEW BUTTONS

View Buttons-Allows you


to quickly change the way
your presentation is
displayed on the screen
