Why Self – Confidence ?

Because it is the Key to

SUCCESS
We need
CONFIDENCE
and not DIFFIDENCE
to live
successfully and happily.
Our self-confidence
influences our
Thoughts
Words,
Actions,
Behaviour and
everything else.
Your self-confidence
gets communicated –
whether
you
are aware or not.
Self-Confidence
is evident
through
body language
and
speech.
It would be good
to become
conscious of
both
our own and
others'
body language
Confidence
is needed

to grow
as a person,
achieve something in our lives,
and
to become someone.
Self - Confidence
helps you
to live an inspired life,
to motivate you
to realize your
full potential,
to help you
to be successful
and
hopefully happy.
Just as many activities
can be learned,
you must
pay attention,
learn seriously, and
practice consciously
to continuously improve
your confidence levels
Confidence im p ro ves
when YOU
begin to feel good
about yourself
~ which means being happy
with your inside
[ your positive attitude and your moods ]
and your outside appearance.
Dressing
neatly and nicely
can build and boost
your self confidence,
because
when you look good
you will feel good.
Your posture
also plays an important role
in how you feel about yourself.

The way you walk,


talk, look and look up,
will make a big difference, and
boost your self-confidence.
Your language,
whether it is self-talk,
or, talking to others
plays an important role
in how confident you feel
about yourself.
Your past
experiences
and more particularly,
what you are doing now,
combine powerfully to
boost your self-confidence.
Past is important.
But, FUTURE
is much more important.
What are you
willing to learn
from the past ?
Please note that there are
no failures,
just outcomes.
Do you
PROCRASTINATE ?

Terror of Failure ?
Fear of Success ?

Then, you are postponing


the opportunity to
Boost your confidence levels.
Have you ever listed
Your STRENGTHS ?
Too many people
emphasise their weaknesses
rather than their strengths.

They program themselves


negatively, to expect failure
rather than positively
to expect success.
Work on your
existing skill level.
Have a schedule,
start noting down your ideas,
and more importantly,
noting down your practice,
progress, and
review.
Keeping track,
improves your skill,
and also your confidence.
Work on your
existing attitude.
Review your attitude,
start improving your attitude,
and more importantly,
feel positively capable
of improving.
Adopt
“I can do it” attitude.
And

to do
after knowing

strengths
and
weaknesses?
