K I procrastinate on studying for exams.
K I chose to break down the assignments I needed to complete to prepare for
exams.
K Next, I estimated the number of days I could spend studying before the
exam.
K I divided the number of pages I had to read by the number of days I had to
study.
K For example, if I had 150 pages to read, and 10 days before the exam, I set
a goal to read 15 pages per day.
K To motivate myself, I made a check off list with the pages I needed to read.
After I completed a page, I checked off the page number. This allowed me
to visualize my accomplishments.
K I rewarded myself my scheduling breaks.
K I would study in an environment conducive to studying, such as the library.
