mixed levels of foreign investment,
and a costly, ongoing confrontation
with neighboring India.

- a cool, dry winter from December through February;
- a hot, dry spring from March through May

- the retreating monsoon period of October and
November.

Rainfall can vary radically from year to year, and

not uncommon.

India during the 18th century, it is also
the national dress for men in
Pakistan.
