‡ Pasuruan East Java Insonesia is a place which many big industries, 60 % expense of district gets from existence of industry. ‡ Expected from local government for acceptable pasuruan people or worker on by the big industry, but only 10% worker with skilled man power received on the big industry. and 30% as labor. ‡ Because The Big Industri need skillful worker ‡ The Wise of local government hope The local vocationonal school go to expected able to create skilled man power received by big industry

‡ Big industry expects skillful labour in industrial control ‡ One of skill required by control industry is pneumatic ‡ vocational school o make a form of study leading to industrial automation. ‡ Pneumatic is one of science in the field of industrial control. 80 % Big Therefore opportunity to step into big Industri with skill very big pneumatic control ‡ Pneumatic is system control by using air pressure. Industry applies this system because in operation profits but the component at engine pneumatic is very expensive

‡ Therefore the opportunity to step into big Industri with the skill pneumatic control very big ‡ This pneumatic study in teaching level of college, But because requirement of high skilled man power hence this skill matter expected is teachable at vocational school.

‡ The teacher in Elektronika Industri in SMKN I BANGIL tries that student to get of pneumatic control skill ‡ our school have three classes at level of 3 electronics majors Industri, and every class there are 36 students. ‡ In electronics majors Industri have three laboratory for praktikum electronics. And 1 laboratory computer with 12 computers. ‡ Device for praktikum pneumatic there is one of device.

‡ Problems happened when at the pneumatic. ‡ Limited time of sudy because device pneumatic very expensive.

The Problem of learning pneumatic
‡ Learnt pneumatic to become difficult because student only can imagine with out seeing the component.

‡ Training more difficult when praktikum rotation student must to execute praktikum . for example t execute praktical first work each and everyone requires time 30 minutes so that for 36 students = 1080 minute or 24 hours (1 hour = 45 minutes/for learning ) equal to 3 day ( 1 day = 8 hour study )
