Routings, flights, bill numbers Reporting milestones between and the forwarder – direct phone call, website,toll free numbers. Estimated time of arrival – documents ready for clearance. ETA for clearance and delivery to customer’s door.
Shippers~ Be clear with your forwarder and customer. Set realistic and obtainable goals, yet flexible if things happen out of your control.
Receivers~ Communicate with the shipper and forwarder. Be clear about the service you want..DTD-DTPATD? Respond to import clearance paperwork requests promptly.
