A Performance Increase 30%-40%
Extending the Dynamic range of the right foot. Converting older cars will be cheaper than
fuel injected cars. Volumetric Efficiency goes up to 140% around 2000 Rpm and stays there, over the operating range (tested to 7300 Rpm) so far, will someone please test my figures for free. See graph on next page.

These are the reference points used to generate the graph. At Idle Filling a 60 L garbage bag 4-5 Seconds. Vacuum Secondary fully open 2000 rpm. Vacuum Secondary starts to open 1300 rpm. Exceeding single fuel pump delivery rate at ~6000 rpm ~1 L/min Idle fuel consumption 12.72 cc per min @ 770-895 rpm over 2:45

How is it so? A linear Acceleration rate is also recorded. Virtually there is no measurable resistance on the intake
manifold to air flow (Tested when valve removed) Timing is now lower 10000 rpm=45 degrees.
Performance Upgrade Requirements
Fuel System: must be able to deliver more than 2
times the normal requirements, these levels are to accommodate the increased air flow in the intake manifold. Ideally a full port job is needed to balance air flow between cylinders. I will perform the finishing touches. Fuel injected cars may need bigger Mass Air Flow sensor. Will need total recalibration of on board computer. GM motors have good aftermarket support. I'm unsure on Fords .
In theory the maximum thermally efficient an engine
can get is 88% according to my best guess. Well Work out 14 L to 380 km 3.68 L per 100km Pause and find any key My first engine had a CR 12.5:1 and was able to be fired after top dead center (ATDC) above 3000 Rpm This defies all current theories of the combustion process in a naturally aspirated environment. I destroyed the 1st engine before I got it to run correctly.
How Was the Project Planned?
I was responsible for original plans. This was project that I did from beginning in
my spare time. – There was no actual written plan. – I just carved out the ports on my head and manifold until it looked ok . – I still don’t know how it works exactly. – I've got Timing curves that I cant explain.
Research & Development
The early stages of the project was managed
through the desperation of getting to and from work. – Major Improvements are still needed. I need to rebuild the first engine again. – Recording the methods and parameters used. – To prove that I have a very efficient engine. – I can load up the wagon and still do 45 mpg – Do an average speed of 100km/h 35 mpg
Research & Development
Identifying & solving technical problems
– Issues identified in the engine timing were not solved early enough. – The spark plug problem was only solved 4 years into the project. – It could be better with an after market computerized ignition system.
Have had good results until …up to 50 - 68 MPG no hybrid
here.. Silicon was found plugging the OHC Oil way… Damaged cam, I lost a few KW. Rebuilt the slack side chain guide Moved over and up. Program now can tune on the fly instead of pounding the crank to the pavement. Have on video the revving engine starts to warp the light above the carby, will post on utube soon. Have had Problems with Idle jet blocking up completely. Have done some acceleration tests. I am trying a Harmonic Average on the input signal.
