Any waste that is generated during the diagnosis, treatment, or immunization of human beings or animals in research activities there to or in the production or testing of biological and including categories mentioned in schedule -1.  If BMW is not disposed properly imprisonment for 5 years or with a fine of 1,00,000 rs or both
