What exactly is stress?
There’s no actual stress or anxiety; it’s our thoughts that create these false beliefs. You can’t package stress, touch it, or see it. There are only us people engaged in stressful thinking. We speak of stress as if it is a combatant, attacker. It’s not; it is the result of our body’s response to our ego. It’s about perception of worry/fear/threat, not the threat itself.

The world is imperfect! And uncertain! There will always be katcha paka hisab (two parallel books). Overspend. Undercollections. Projects not on time and in budgets!

We are in control here! Our egos need to be massaged! Everything has to route from us! We know everything that goes on in this organisation! Reality: You are an incomplete leader!

Reality: The workplace is littered with ambiguities, uncertainties and surprises.

You like it or not, one thing is for sure: your coworkers, bosses and subordinates are going to let you down!
How you see the work
Work is not the end in itself – it’s only a means. It doesn’t define us; we define work!
How you see the family
The family is not an irritant in our journey to accomplishment of our ambitions – they are part of it!
How you see the future
For all of us - The future is unclear! To the Muslim audience: it’s predestined. So why worry perpetually?
