Que – 1 : Does “Bank Asia” has one/separate accounting system for financial (eternal) reporting and managerial (internal) reporting?

Ans:

In branches, the managers are not too independent that they can take the decisions about the activities. They only can suggest to the main branch through which the board of directors can take the decisions.

• So, in our visited branch they only has financial reporting system. By this the branch manager collects the desired information and send it to the main branch for further judgment. • Since the branch manager’s power is limited so he doesn’t need to keep seperate managerial reporting system for his assessment. He collects his needed information from the financial report.
