This menu displays 'ESIC Information' screen as shown in the above given screen. This screen facilitates to store the ESIC information of employees. The first tab Declaration displays the information along with the facility to select the Name of the employee from the drop down. On click of “Save” it saves the details entered manually. On click of “Print” it prints Declaration form. In bottom part of this screen user can enter the details of Nominee u/s 71 like Name, Date of birth as on date of filing form, Relationship with the employee, Residing with him/her? (only Yes/No) and specify if NO. of ESI rules.

Payment Challan

This screen shows the ESIC Challan details. Click on ‘Recalculate’ button to recalculate the details. Click on ‘Save’ button to save this. Click on ‘Print’ button to print the Challan.
